Welcome! You probably landed on this page because you want to know more about “She Pours”.  We are a 501©(3) organization established primarily to encourage and empower women utilizing Christian principles values. The name “She Pours” was derived from a vision depicting faith filled women pouring into other women, ultimately reaching a multiplicity of women by inspiring them to discover and embrace their true identities.
‘You can’t pour from an empty cup’ is a common slogan used to emphasize the importance of self-care. She Pours’ motto is “get replenished, so you can pour.” With woman taking on more tasks, the need for self-care is prevalent. She Pours has created a safe-haven for women to release, relax, and retreat. She Pours focuses on healing and wholeness of the mind, body, and soul through our S.E.E.D. of love initiatives.
She Pours is a 501© 3 nonprofit organization who is devoted in making a difference in the community.  It is our desire to see women mentally, spiritually and physically whole.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. – Psalm 139.14
